About Break into Tech

Technology thrives on new, diverse, and unexpected ideas—it needs new perspectives.

Break into Tech—and learn what an algorithm is, how real-world data can be represented, and how your point of view can shape computer science or solve a real-world problem using data science. No prior experience is needed—just bring your enthusiasm.

When you attend Break into Tech, you will:

  • Hear about our Align Master of Science in Computer Science program and our Align Master of Science in Data Science program, which are both designed for people with no programming experience.
  • Learn why tech needs you and your diverse perspective.

Please note: Participants must hold a bachelor’s degree or be nearing college graduation to participate.
